Brussels, Belgium, April 3, 2008–Balterio and Unilin have signed a worldwide license agreement, giving Balterio the right to sell its products throughout the world and ending pending litigation in Europe.
Balterio is a manufacturer of laminate flooring. The company is a joint venture between Balta and Spanogroup, and was founded in 2001.
