Training's 2020 Top 125 List Includes Four Flooring Companies

Excelsior, MN, December 5, 2019-Training magazine released its 2020 Training Top 125, and several flooring manufacturers were included in the list: Emser, Mohawk, Shaw and Tarkett North America.

Rankings will be revealed at a black-tie awards gala February 24 during the Training 2020 Conference & Expo, February 24 to 26, 2020 in Orlando, Florida.

Now in its 20th year, the Training Top 125 ranks companies unsurpassed in harnessing human capital. The Top 125 ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee training and development, the scope of training programs, how closely training and development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives, and their effectiveness in terms of business impact.
