Toll Brothers Income and Revenues Slip Slightly YOY in Q1

Horsham, PA, February 23, 2017—Toll Brothers Q1 2017 net income was $70.4 million and earnings per diluted share were $0.42, compared to net income of $73.2 million and $0.40 per share diluted in FY 2016’s first quarter.

The first quarter’s total revenues were $920.7 million and 1,190 units were approximately flat in dollars and increased 12% in units, compared to FY 2016’s first-quarter total revenues of $928.6 million and 1,063 units.
