The Dixie Group Adds Online Broadloom Ordering to Dealer Portal

Dalton, GA, July 9, 2020-The Dixie Group launched the TDG Dealer Portal website in January 2019 and now adds order entry for broadloom carpet.

With the launch of the dealer portal, TDG customers gained access to several valuable tools, including downloading their price list, checking available inventory and reserving stock, reviewing orders, checking on claim status, custom area rug quotes, and printing invoices 24/7, 365 days a year. 

With the launch of online broadloom ordering tool, users will have the ability to efficiently place orders for broadloom products directly from the platform. This functionality is available for all three of The Dixie Group’s residential brands: Dixie Home, Fabrica, and Masland.

The company will now concentrate our efforts on completing our hard surface online ordering capabilities and will continue to refine the user experience and add additional functionality to our online capabilities.
