Tarkett Expands Linoleum Production in Russia

Otradni, Russia, March 12, 2007--Tarkett has opened a new production line at its facility here that can produce 12 million square meters of linoleum a year and this line will increase the company's output 14.5% to 95 million square meters, the governor of the Samara region said in a statement, according to a report from Interfax.

 

Tarkett opened a third line Thursday. It will produce foam linoleum in May 2006 that increased production to 26 million square meters and which was opened at a cost of 16 million euros.

 

CJSC Tarkett produces linoleum and parquet wood flooring. France's Tarkett Sommer S.A. and Serbia's Sintelon own 50% each of Tarkett.
