Tarket Commercial Raising Commercial VCT Prices

Houston, TX, June 2, 2008 – Tarkett Commercial Tile will raise prices 5 percent on all its VCT commercial resilient flooring orders placed after July 1.

“With energy costs at record levels and continuing to increase beyond our estimation or control, we must pass on a price increase on all our commercial VCT flooring,” said Gilles de Beaumont, president for Tarkett Commercial Tile.

“We recognize how price increases affect our distributors’ business and plan to keep open communication with them regarding supply and demand concerns or with any changes in production costs,” said de Beaumont.
