Starnet Names 2018 to 2019 Board of Directors

Darien, CT, April 30, 2018-During the Starnet 2018 Annual Meeting held in Orlando, Florida from April 19 to 22, it was announced that the members of Starnet Commercial Flooring re-elected three incumbents to the Starnet board of directors and that the board of directors elected the board officers for the 2018 to 2019 term.

Cheryl Acierno, owner of Acierno and Company, announced she will be stepping down as chairman of the board and will remain on the board to complete her current term (2016 to 2019).

Following the shareholder’s meeting, the Starnet board of directors elected the board officers for the 2018 to 2019 terms. The officer’s group includes: chairman-Chuck Bode, CB Flooring, Columbia, Maryland; vice-chairman-Pete Larmore, Bonitz Flooring Group, Charlotte, North Carolina; treasurer-Leonard Zmijewski, Mr. David’s Flooring International, Itasca, Illinois; secretary-Dan Ulfig, Master Craft Floors, Plymouth, Michigan.

Additional members of the board include: Cheryl Acierno, Acierno and Company, Denver, Colorado; Les Lippert, Lippert Flooring & Tile, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin; Dan Sliwinski, Sliwinski Floor Covering Services, Inc., Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania; Paul White, Paul G. White Interior Solutions, Portland, Maine; and Jim Vanhauer, Commercial Flooring Systems, Inc., Omaha, Nebraska.
