Starnet Adds Tile & Terrazzo as New Member

Lewis Center, OH, April 10, 2026-Starnet Commercial Flooring has announced the newest addition to its cooperative, Tile & Terrazzo. 

Headquartered in Suffolk, Virginia, Tile & Terrazzo is a “one-stop shop” for commercial, institutional, and public sector clients throughout Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic.

Under the leadership of CEO and president David Russell, who purchased the company in 2006, Tile & Terrazzo offers a wide range of specialties, including carpet, resilient flooring, rubber, and tile and terrazzo work. 

Tile & Terrazzo joined the Starnet family through the acquisition of long-standing Starnet member Hodgman’s Flooring (formerly Hodgman’s Incorporated) in Richmond, Virginia.
