Shaw Rolls Out Bellera Carpet with Extended Warranty

Dalton, GA, May 23, 2018-Shaw Floors has announced a patent-pending soft surface product, the Bellera High Performance Carpet collection, featuring a piece-dyed PET with a wholly new construction and an extended warranty.

The company invested $184 million in the new fiber capability, and this is the first product based on that investment. The quality of the fiber enables the No Surprises, Worry-free Warranty, which is “ten-year, non-prorated-includes reasonable labor within the first year and 30-day satisfaction guarantee, meaning you can exchange for any new Shaw Floor within 30 days-for any reason (labor not included).” Shaw has never offered such a warranty before.

In addition to the warranty, three key attributes of Bellera have been designed to ensure that when it is placed in an active household, it will look as good after five years of wear as it did on day one:

* Endurance high-performance fiber, which features crush resistance and retains its softness.

* LifeGuard Spill-Proof backing, debuting its new, blue color on Bellera. This carpet backing offers the same great performance, now with a more distinctive color, so consumers know at a glance that their carpet is ‘Backed by Blue.’

* R2X Soil and Stain Resistance, which keeps spills and messes on the surface of the carpet longer for easier cleanup.
