Shaw Contract Offering Educational Session on CARES Act Today

Cartersville, GA, April 8, 2020-Today, April 8, between 11:00 a.m. EST and noon, Shaw Contract is offering an overview on the key components of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. 

The session will be presented by Daniel McCoy, consultant for the Small Business Administration.

The CARES Act, signed into law on March 27, allocates $349 billion to help small businesses keep workers employed amid the current circumstances they are encountering. The CARES Act provides funding for the Paycheck Protection Program, modifies the existing Emergency Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program and provides immediate loan payment relief for current SBA 7(a) borrowers.
