Shaw Contract Launches First Carbon Neutral Carpet Tile on StrataWorx

Cartersville, GA, March 31, 2023-Shaw Contract announces the launch of New Path, its first carbon neutral carpet tile collection constructed on the company's StrataWorx backing. Utilizing EcoSolution Q100TM fiber technology in its construction, New Path achieves the lowest embodied carbon footprint of any Shaw Contract carpet tile collection released to date.

New Path utilizes Shaw's EcoSolution Q100TM fiber. This high-performance, 100% recycled content nylon fiber is allocated from pre-consumer sources which, when used in conjunction with StrataWorx backing, establishes a low embodied carbon footprint. Shaw offsets the remainder of the carbon footprint with the purchase of verified carbon offsets.
