Shaw Announces Residential Price Increase on Select Soft Surface & Sheet

Dalton, GA, August 9, 2021-Shaw will increase residential prices on select soft surface and sheet goods. The recently announced hard surface freight surcharge will also increase. 

Prices on soft surface products and sheet goods will increase a minimum of 6%.

The hard surface freight surcharge will increase by a minimum of $0.02 per square foot on certain products. Additional details on the surcharge will be available in coming weeks. 

Updated product pricing will be effective with orders on August 30 and shipments September 13. The updated hard surface freight charge will be effective with shipments on September 13. 

The further escalation of raw materials, logistics and other operating costs necessitated the increases, says Shaw.
