Scott Sandlin Restructures Shaw's Residential Management Team

Dalton, GA, November 11, 2020-Scott Sandlin, executive vice president of Shaw Industries’ residential business, has restructured his team. 

Moving forward, Steve Sieracki will be senior vice president of residential sales, overseeing the retail, builder and specialty segments; Carrie Edwards Isaac will be vice president of strategic accounts, which includes the Shaw Flooring Network, home centers, buying groups and digital business  and Herb Upton will be vice president of product and brand for both hard and soft surfaces. The vice president of marketing and digital commerce remains open. 

Bob Hardaway, Mark Sutton and Mark Tucker now report to Seiracki. 

"We are kicking off our national sales meeting in early December and then imediatley starting our face to face customer blitz so we wanted to get this structure in place now before we launched our Showcase program," Scott Sandlin added.
