SCI Flooring Acquires United Carpet

Hazelwood, MO, December 5, 2023-United Carpet has been acquired by SCI Flooring. SCI is owned by Seattle-based Rainier Partners.

United Carpet, founded in 1981, serves the multifamily, commercial and residential markets with a full array of flooring products and also offers finished concrete and epoxy services. United is an FEI Group member.

SCI Floor Covering, Inc. has been in business for over 50 years selling and installing commercial and residential floor coverings in Southeast Michigan.
