RFCI Announces Leaders for 2022-2024 Term

Scottsdale, AZ, October 27, 2021-The Resilient Floor Covering Institute (RFCI) board has announced leadership for the 2022 to 2024 term.

Chairman: Herb Upton, vice president of residential product for Shaw

Vice chair: Michel Vermette, president and CEO of Armstrong

Secretary/treasurer: Russel Rogg, president of Metroflor

Chris O’Connor, president and CEO of Congoleum, will step down as chair.

Leaders were elected at the group meeting in Scottsdale, Arizona, currently underway. The RFCI elects leadership for two-year terms, beginning in January.
