RD Weis Hires Chip Ebert to Lead National Accounts, Surface Care

Hawthorne, NY, May 18, 2023-RD Weis, a full-service flooring provider, is announcing the hiring of flooring expert Chip Ebert to lead its national accounts program, surface care.

Prior to joining RD Weis, Ebert was commercial sales manager for Stanley Steemer where he headed up the company’s national account sales program. At Stanley, Evert was responsible for all commercial sales in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties (Tampa, St. Pete/Clearwater), and was the number one commercial sales person at the company for many years. A finalist for Stanley Steemer “Employee of the Year” (5000+ employees), Ebert increased sales by 60% within four years and developed and implemented numerous national accounts worth multi-millions.

The RD Weis national accounts surface care program is a single source, standardized maintenance solution for all types of commercial flooring. The program provides one point of contact project management and logistics using a nationwide network of certified maintenance experts and is comprised of six key components that create clean and healthy facilities: carpet cleaning, commercial floor finishes, disinfection/odor mitigation, hard surface preventative and restorative maintenance, tile and grout protection and restoration, and upholstery cleaning.
