Trelleborg, Sweden, Mar. 10–Pergo issued a press release dated February 23, 2004 announcing that its Board of Directors had been contacted by an investor who expressed an interest in investigating a possible acquisition of Pergo.
Pergo said today that those discussions have now been finalized without any result.
