NAHB International Builders’ Show Slated for February in Las Vegas

Washington, DC, September 4, 2026—The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) opened online registration for the 2027 NAHB International Builders’ Show (IBS), the largest annual light construction trade show in the world.

The show returns to Las Vegas where it will make its permanent home. IBS 2027 will take place February 2 to 4, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, where it will again co-locate with the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s (NKBA) Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) for the 14th Annual Design & Construction Week (DCW). The two shows will host more than 2,350 exhibiting brands spanning over 1.2 million net square feet of exhibit space, with 120,000+ expected attendees, making it the largest annual gathering of the residential design and construction industry in the world.
