Johnson City, TN, December 28--Mullican Flooring is kicking off its 20th anniversary by introducing its new Engineered hardwood flooring.
With the addition of this new line to its successful solid hardwood line, Mullican can now offer dealers the most comprehensive selection of hardwood solutions in Mullican’s history.
"Our Engineered product carries enormous potential because it enables us to reach markets that were once unattainable," says Brian Greenwell, Mullican’s vice president of sales and marketing. "We’re excited about offering this quality product to our new and existing customers, and we’re confident about its future success."
Featured in 9/16-,1/2-,and 5/16-inch thicknesses, Mullican’s Engineered product is available in three- and five-inch widths and carries a wide selection of species including oak, walnut, hickory, maple, cherry, teak, santos mahogany, and Brazilian cherry. Mullican is also offering a ½-inch hand-sculpted product available in five-inch widths of oak, hickory, maple and walnut.
"Our new Engineered product has some unique features that we know our customers will love," says Greenwell. "One feature is the product’s 6-foot random lengths which make installation faster and increase the visual appeal of the finished floor because there are fewer endjoints. Another characteristic is the Engineered product’s line of colors, which matches our entire prefinished solid product line. Finally, the sawn and sliced-cut faces give the look of solid wood floors."
The product includes 5-ply and 7-ply configurations for added stability, finish warranties from 15 to 25 years, and complementing moldings.
