New York, Sept. 18--Invista, the newly renamed textiles division of DuPont, has awarded creative duties to roster shop McCann-Erickson, according to Adweek.
It said the Interpublic Group agency will launch a campaign in the fourth quarter introducing the new entity. McCann will also handle B2B marketing.
In 2002, McCann in New York landed DuPont's Lycra business. That brand is now part of Invista. Its other brands include Stainmaster, Antron and Coolmax.
