Mark Harman Named VP of Global Sales/Tufting Systems for Tuftco

Chattanooga, TN, March 4, 2020-Mark Harman joined Tuftco Corp. as vice president of global sales/tufting systems division, as of March 1.

Harman’s career in the industry has spanned more than 30 years in leadership, management, and product development positions with Richmond Carpet Mills (founded by his family), Blue Ridge Carpets, and more recently, Engineered Floors in its J & J commercial carpet operation.

Harman joins Kevin Whiteside, Tuftco’s tufting systems division president; Bill Fowler, vice president of sales; and sales representatives Steve Weiss; Jeremy Key; and Jason Detty.  Detty was recently appointed to his role in sales, in conjunction with his work as a research and development engineer.

The year 2020 marks the 60th Anniversary of the original company that became Tuftco Corp. in 1969.
