Mannington Launches Fall Promotion

Salem, NJ, Sept. 9--Mannington Mills has announced a fall promotion for flooring products featuring DuPont Teflon Surface protector. From Sept. 20 through Nov. 4, Mannington will offer a consumer rebate and a retailer spiff on applicable products in the resilient, laminate and hardwood categories. Consumer rebates will vary based on the product purchased. Mannington will rebate from $1.80/sq. yd. to $3.60/sq. yd. for resilient products and $5 per carton for laminate and hardwood. To receive their rebate, consumers must mail in the original invoice with a completed coupon. The rebate coupon will be available at the retail location or may be downloaded from www.mannington.com. Additionally, Mannington is conducting a ten city television media tour, directly reaching consumers in major markets throughout the U.S. Mannington's website currently features a pop-up screen with complete information for consumers--from details on products with Teflon and viewable versions of the ads, to information on the rebate program and printable coupons. For retailers, spiffs will add incentive to encourage fall sales of Teflon products. Retailers will receive monetary reward based on product sold during the duration of the promotion, according to Mannington.
