Mannington Completes AtlasMasland Acquisition

Calhoun, GA, September 13, 2021-Mannington Commercial has completed the purchase of select assets from AtlasMasland, the commercial floorcovering business of The Dixie Group. The purchase provides Mannington Commercial with expanded carpet manufacturing capabilities, an extensive set of well-established product lines and more sales resources to meet its customers’ evolving needs.

Starting today, AtlasMasland customers and existing Mannington Commercial customers now have access to an expanded product portfolio.

Mannington Commercial announced its intent to purchase the AtlasMasland assets on June 30.
