Mannington & Phenix Announce Price Increase on Select Hard & Soft Products

Salem, NJ, March 5, 2021-Challenged by rising costs in raw materials and freight, Mannington and Phenix will implement a price increase on select hard and soft surface flooring products.

Says the company, “We have done all we can to offset and mitigate these increases, but they cannot be fully absorbed, and we must pass along an increase to the market.” 

Effective with shipments beginning April 19, the following increases will go into effect:

- Mannington hardwood, laminate and LVT: 4% to 8% with a minimum $0.10 per square foot on LVT

- Phenix LVT: 4% to 8% with a minimum $0.10 per square foot

- Phenix Carpet: 4% to 8% with a minimum $0.27 per square yard

The increase will apply to all shipments in the U.S. and Canada.

Please also note that Mannington previously announced a 3% to 5% increase on residential resilient sheet products effective March 29.
