Lighthizer Testifying Before House Committee On Chinese Trade

Washington, DC, February 27, 2019--Trade representative Robert Lighthizer, tasked with leading trade negotiations with China, is testifying before the House Ways and Means committee this morning about his findings.

This takes place just days before tariffs were slated to rise to 25% on $200 billion worth of Chinese imports, including floorcovering, though on February 25 President Trump indicated that the deadline has been extended indefinitely.
