Kathy Prime Named SVP of Human Resources for Ecore

Lancaster, PA, February 9, 2021-Ecore announces the addition of Kathy Prime to its executive team as senior vice president human resources (HR) and organization development.

Based in Ecore’s corporate office in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Prime will be responsible for continuing to develop and enhance all aspects of Ecore’s HR department, including the development, implementation, and execution of Ecore’s HR strategy. Her responsibilities include cultural transformation, talent acquisition and management, organizational and leadership development, and compensation and benefits.

Prime has more than 20 years of HR experience and has supported senior leadership at several organizations, including High Companies, Susquehanna Bank, PNC Financial Services, and Sterling Financial Corporation. Her diverse industry experience also includes expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.
