Jeff West Named Brand Leader of Shaw Contract

Dalton, GA, June 9, 2021-Shaw has named Jeff West the new brand leader of its commercial brand, Shaw Contract. 

West will set strategic direction for the brand, working in close partnership with Reesie Duncan, the Shaw Contract product development team, the brand marketing team, sales leadership, customer experience leadership, and the broader commercial leadership team. 

West spent the last ten years leading the Patcraft commercial brand and marketing team. Prior to joining Patcraft, he worked in various roles at Shaw including in other marketing capacities and in sustainability, custom product development, and quality. 

John Stephens, who previously held the position for the last 16 years, has transitioned into Shaw's residential marketing team as vice president of consumer strategy.
