Jack Adleta Presented with NAFCD Lifetime Achievement Award

Dallas, TX, November 4, 2026—During the NAFCD + NBMDA 2026 Annual Convention, underway now at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas, the NAFCD awarded Jack Adleta, founder of Adleta Corporation, the lifetime achievement award.

The Adleta Corporation was begun in 1922, when E.C. Adleta, Jack’s grandfather, founded a cabinet and fixture manufacturing company in Dallas.

In 1993, under Jack’s oversight, the company began distributing Armstrong Flooring products and became a full-fledged flooring distributor across the South and Southwest.

In his speech at the award presentation, Jack said, “Everybody needs a floor.” And, “Turn your inventory, not your people.”
