Investment Firm Increases Stake in LL

Washington, DC, April 1, 2011 –Merchants’ Gate Capital disclosed that it holds a 6.12% stake in Lumber Liquidators Holdings Inc. with 1.69 million shares.

Based on a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the holding is worth $42.21 million at Thursday’s closing price of $24.99. It also represents a significant increase from Merchant’s Gate’s position at the end of December, when it held 3.31% or 915,000 shares, according to Yahoo Finance.
