Inalco to Host GastroLab Event at Cersaie

Alcora, Spain, September 7, 2018-Inalco will be taking part in Cersaie, September 24 to 28, where it will host GastroLab.

GastroLab is a workshop in haute-cuisine where Giuliana Germiniasi, an Italian chef and Michelin star holder, will be giving demonstrations of show cooking on September 24, 25 and 26, emphasizing the importance of innovation, creativity and design: all hallmarks synonymous with Inalco.
