Honeywell Names DiLucente VP of Carpet Fibers

Morris Township, NJ, Nov. 11--Honeywell has named Tony DiLucente vice president of Honeywell Carpet Fibers, effective immediately. DiLucente, who most recently served as general manager of the specialty films business, will be responsible for the strategic growth and development of the carpet fibers business. DiLucente is replacing Michael Lawrence, who has been tapped to lead Honeywell¹s specialty films business. Bill Wulfsohn, Honeywell nylon system vice president and general manager said, ³We¹re delighted to have a person of Tony¹s ability assume this very important position. Tony¹s prior experience here at Honeywell and within the carpet fibers business will enable us to leverage and build upon the outstanding achievements developed under Mike Lawrence¹s leadership. In addition, Tony brings strong financial and general management skills that can help take the business to an even higher level of success.² DiLucente joined Honeywell in 1994 as controller for the company¹s Chesterfield Plant in Chesterfield, Virginia. During his tenure, he has served in a number of leadership roles, including business controller for the carpet fibers business and director of finance for the plastics business and engineered applications and solutions business. Prior to joining Honeywell, DiLucente served in various roles with DuPont from 1981 to 1994.
