Atlanta, GA, April 27--Home Depot signed a lease for a new 800,000 square foot distribution center in Bolingbrook, Illinois, according to a report in the Chicago Tribune. The company will now have 3 million square feet of warehouse space under lease in the Chicago area.
The new warehouse facility is being developed by ING Clarion Partners, the real estate investment division of the Dutch based financial services company. The single story facility has 32-foot high ceilings.
