Home Depot Leases Distribution Center In NJ

Atlanta, GA, June 10–The Home Depot Inc. has signed a lease for 318,000 square feet at the Haines Industrial Center in Burlington County, N.J.

The Atlanta-based retailer will use the site at 1100 John Galt Way as a distribution center and will occupy more than half of the 513,000-square-foot building. Haines houses several distribution centers for big-box retailers, including BJ’s Wholesale Club and the Sports Authority. Whitesell owns the building. Sitar Co. represented the tenant in the transaction.
