HMTX Names Chao Chin SVP of Strategy & Corporate Development

Norwalk, CT, November 21, 2024-HMTX Industries has appointed Chao Chin to its Enterprise Leadership Team as senior vice president of strategy & corporate development, highlighting the organization’s commitment to strategic growth.

Chin comes to HMTX with extensive background in strategic planning, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions, with long tenures at Rabobank Group, Bunge and Investment Banking with Credit Suisse.

Chin and her team will play a vital role in defining the organization’s strategic roadmap for both organic and inorganic growth, ensuring alignment with HMTX’s business units and functional groups.

She will report directly to HMTX’s Group president, Debarati Sen.
