Rogg to Lead New HMTX Business Unit, Driving Metroflor & Teknoflor

Norwalk, CT, March 27, 2025-HMTX, a global flooring manufacturer, has announced the growth-focused re-alignment of its Metroflor and Teknoflor teams under a newly formed contract and trade business unit. 

This collaboration marks a significant step in expanding its reach and providing customers with greater access to Teknoflor and Metroflor branded product continuing to support and accelerate innovation, customer responsiveness and agility for both.

Russ Rogg, president of HMTX’s Metroflor brand has been appointed as president of HMTX Contract and Trade, leading a team of marketing and sales leaders.

Teknoflor branded sales will be led by Nicolette Grieco and Kendra Mahen. Grieco will serve as vice president of sales for the Midwest and Eastern United States, while Mahen will serve as vice president of sales for the Southwest and Western states.

Keith Kannapel will remain vice president of Metroflor Branded Sales and Doug Johnson will remain VP of OEM and private label sales.
