St. Paul, MN, January 26, 2007--H.B. Fuller Co. said Friday that Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer John Feenan resigned to take a position at another company.
Feenan, 46, is leaving to become executive vice president and CFO of John Maneely Co., a portfolio company of private equity firm the Carlyle Group. His resignation from H.B. Fuller is effective Feb. 15.
Vice President and Controller Jim McCreary, 48, will serve as H.B. Fuller's interim CFO.
