Piqus, OH--Hartzell Hardwoods this week announced a $400,000 addition now under construction at its business on South Roosevelt Avenue, as reported in the Dayton Daily News.
The company said the 16,000-square-foot addition to its warehouse will help it more efficiently package lumber.
The company said it will retain 49 jobs as part of the project.
The project is scheduled to be completed by September. Hartzell, in business since 1875, processes hardwood lumber used in furniture, cabinets, flooring and millwork.
