Harpole Named Divisional VP of Sales for Tarkett Hospitality

Dalton, GA, April 25, 2025-Tarkett Hospitality, a provider of flooring solutions for the hospitality industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Harpole as divisional vice president of sales. In this role, Harpole will be responsible for overseeing the sales organization and driving growth for Tarkett Hospitality.

Harpole brings 20 years of extensive experience in the flooring industry to her new position. Harpole’s industry journey began on the construction side, where she gained invaluable experience as a flooring contractor, mastering a wide range of flooring installation processes..

Harpole transitioned to the manufacturing side, spending many years as a leader in the resilient flooring world. She initially began in sales and eventually advanced into a leadership role. Nine years ago, she joined Tarkett’s commercial division, where she continued to sharpen her expertise and broaden her impact within the organization.
