Four Flooring Manufacturers Named to 2019 Training Top 125 List

Excelsior, MN, December 14, 2018--Training magazine has released its 2019 Training Top 125, and several flooring manufacturers were included in the list: Mohawk, Shaw, Tarkett North America and Emser Tile.

Rankings will be revealed at the organization’s conference in February 2019.

Now in its 19th year, the Training Top 125 ranks companies unsurpassed in harnessing human capital. The Top 125 ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee training and development, the scope of training programs, how closely training and development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives, and their effectiveness in terms of business impact.
