Media, PA, Feb. 2, 2009–Foam supplier Foamex International has named two executives of investment firm D.E. Shaw & Co. to its board of directors, replacing two members who are stepping down.
Brandon Baer, a senior vice president of D.E. Shaw, and Sarah Johnson, a vice president of the firm, have joined the board, replacing Seth Charnow and David Lyon, according to Jack Johnson, president and CEO of Foamex.
