Floorzap Names Dan Blake Chief Product & Technology Officer

Lehi, UT, October 22, 2026—Floorzap, provider of business management software for independent flooring retailers, announced that Dan Blake has joined the company as chief product and technology officer.

Blake brings more than 30 years of experience building and leading software teams. Most recently, he was chief product and technology officer at Aspire Software, a platform that commercial landscaping, snow and ice, and field service contractors use to run their operations, finances, and customer work. During his tenure, Aspire’s product and technology team grew from seven people to more than 260, and the company scaled from an early-stage startup through an acquisition by ServiceTitan and subsequently into one of their largest product lines.

Blake also serves as a board member and product and technology advisor to six other software companies.

 Floorzap’s customers are independent flooring retailers who use the software every day. In this role, Blake will own Floorzap’s product and engineering organization, set the technical roadmap, and lead how AI gets built into the product.
