Atlanta, GA, October 30, 2026—Floor & Décor reported Q3 2026 net sales of $1.21 billion, up 3% from $1.18 billion in Q3 2025. Comparable store sales decreased 1.4%.
Net income for Q3 2026 was $64.8 million, up 13.2% from $57.3 million in Q3 2025.
In Q3, the company opened one new warehouse store, ending the quarter with 282 warehouse stores and five design studios.
For the first nine months of 2026, net sales were $3.62 billion, up 1.8% from $3.55 billion in the same period of 2025. Comparable store sales decreased 2.4%.
In the first nine months of 2026, net income of $2 billion was up 18.4% from $1.7 billion in the same period of fiscal 2025.
Brad Paulsen, chief executive officer, stated, “We are pleased with our third-quarter performance, delivering 15% earnings per share growth despite a 1.4% decline in comparable store sales. The earnings growth we delivered this quarter underscores the resilience of our business model and our ability to drive profitability in a challenging demand environment. Maintaining strong profitability and cash flow generation enables us to continue investing through the cycle in initiatives that enhance the customer experience, strengthen our Pro offering, expand our store base, and advance our technology capabilities. We believe these investments represent meaningful competitive advantages that support market share gains and position us for long-term growth. In addition, our financial strength provides us with the flexibility to invest in our future while continuing to return capital to shareholders through our ongoing share repurchase program.”
Says Truist, “FND results were roughly in line with expected results but a very weak October resulted in lower expectations for 4Q26 in our view. We have removed recovery expectations in our estimates coupled with a lower store opening expectation than we modeled as management discussed on the call. Regardless, FND’s strong position in the remodel market keeps us at Buy. We are interested in the new loyalty program that is being piloted and note that moves into adjacent categories can add in a tough demand period.”
