FCITS Adds Paul Sneed to Instructional Team

Dalton, GA, August 11, 2026—Flooring Consultants & Inspection Training Services (FCITS) has added flooring industry veteran Paul Sneed to its instructional team. 

Sneed will make his FCITS debut August 20–21 in San Antonio, Texas, leading the organization’s Rigid Core Technical Certification course.

Sneed brings more than 43 years of experience with Shaw Industries, where he held leadership roles including product training manager and leadership facilitator. His background spans product knowledge, measuring and estimating, installation and technical and leadership education.

The San Antonio training will be held as part of the World Floor Covering Association’s fourth Step Up Tour stop of the year, hosted by O’Krent Floors. The Step Up Tour takes WFCA across the country to recognize industry leaders and share how members are strengthening their businesses, teams, and communities with support from WFCA programs and resources.
