FCIF Adds Seven Industry Leaders to Board of Directors

Dalton, GA, April 7, 2026-The Floor Covering Industry Foundation (FCIF) has announced the appointment of seven new members to its board of directors. These industry leaders bring a strong commitment to FCIF’s mission of providing financial assistance and support to flooring professionals and their families facing unexpected hardship.

The newly appointed board members include Carole Cross, SamplesApp; Brent Emore, AHF Products; Geoff Gordon, FUSE Alliance; Ralph Grogan, Avery Dennison; Russ Rogg, Shaw Industries; Michel Vermette, AFS Group; and Bill Wilson, Abbey. 

Each of these individuals brings valuable experience, leadership and a shared passion for supporting the flooring community. Their perspectives will help guide FCIF as it continues to increase its outreach and impact across the industry.
