Engineered Floors and Shaw Announce Price Increases

Chattanooga, TN, March 25, 2026-Engineered Floors and Shaw have announced price increases due to external pressures, including shipping disruptions in the Persian Gulf, and internal pressures due to rising costs.

For Engineered Floors, all residential soft surface products will increase 5% to 8% with a minimum increase of $0.27 per yard. The adjustment will begin on orders and shipments starting on April 20. 

Shaw will implement an average price increase of 7% on all residential carpet products and an increase of $10 on residential hard surface delivery fees, effective with orders and shipments beginning April 27. This includes mainstreet commercial.
