Atlanta, GA, August 11, 2026—Dream Finders Homes announced that it will acquire Beazer Homes in a transaction valued at approximately $2.2 billion, including debt, reports Truist.
This will make Dream Finders the sixth-largest U.S. homebuilder.
Beazer operates in 15 markets across 13 states.
Dream Finders operates 225 communities across ten states.
