Dixie Group Now Traded on OTCQB Market

Dalton, GA, October 7, 2024-Dan Frierson, chairman of The Dixie Group, released the following statement, “Since early August 2023, we have traded below $1 per share, resulting in non-compliance with NASDAQ. In March 2024, we received a six-month extension but, despite improved financials and stock buybacks, we did not regain compliance.

“We have chosen not to appeal the NASDAQ decision and have transitioned to the Over-the- Counter (OTCQB) market. DXYN was delisted from NASDAQ earlier today and is now trading on OTCQB under the same symbol.

"This transition allows us to remain publicly traded and is less expensive and restrictive than NASDAQ. We have traded on OTC in the past.”
