DFS Acquires The Works, Floor & Wall

Van Nuys, CA, April 9, 2025-DFS Flooring has acquired the assets of The Works, Floor & Wall, a privately owned, full-service commercial flooring enterprise located in Palm Desert, California.

The Works, Floor & Wall, a Starnet Member, moved to the Coachella Valley in 1960. The current team will remain in leadership roles and continue to be involved in day-to-day operations.

The Works has served clients in government, hospitality, industrial, medical, professional, sports, and the trades in the Palm Springs area of California over its last 64 years of business.

DFS, also a Starnet member, has branches across California, in Los Angeles, Anaheim, Fresno, Inland Empire, East Bay, Sacramento, San Diego, and Salt Lake City, Utah. Formerly known as Dupont Flooring Systems, DFS is a top five flooring contractor.
