DFS Acquires Diversified Flooring

Van Nuys, CA, June 2, 2021-DFS Flooring has acquired Diversified Flooring, a privately owned, full-service commercial flooring enterprise located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Diversified Flooring, a Starnet member, was formed thirty years ago by Ken Clifford and Lee Westover, who will remain in leadership roles and continue to be involved in day-to-day operations.

Diversified has served clients in the healthcare, education, multi-family, retail and corporate/commercial industries in Utah, California, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon and Washington over its last thirty years of business.

DFS, also a Starnet member, has branches across California, in Los Angeles, Anaheim, Fresno, Inland Empire, East Bay, Sacramento and San Diego. It offers interior assessment, installation, maintenance and recycling/reclamation services.
