DeGrace Retiring as President of Foss Floors, Warren Stepping In

Roma, GA, March 18, 2022-After serving 16 years as president of Foss Manufacturing (dba Foss Floors), industry veteran Mike DeGrace has announced his retirement from a flooring career that spans some 50 years. Brian Warren, EVP of sales and marketing, will be assuming the role.

In 2006, when AJ Nassar asked DeGrace to join the company, Foss had no flooring business and no facilities in Georgia. Foss Floors offers indoor/outdoor carpeting, rugs and tiles with products found almost in every major retailer nationwide and three facilities in Georgia.

DeGrace’s career included executive management positions with Shaw Industries, Beaulieu, Image Industries, and the Maxim Group before joining Foss Floors. Degrace will continue to serve Foss as a board member and partner.

Warren, EVP of sales and marketing, will be assuming the role of president of Foss Floors. Warren has been with Foss Floors for ten years.
